Davies today announced the launch of a new compliance & regulatory consulting business in Bermuda. Davies Consulting (Bermuda) will specialise in providing insurance operations and consultancy solutions for insurance intermediaries and (re)insurers with operations in Bermuda, the UK and globally.
The Bermuda operation will complement and mirror Davies’ established operations in the UK and its team of experienced professionals in the Lloyd’s, London and International insurance markets. Davies delivers both advisory and operations support for businesses wishing to enter the UK insurance intermediary regulatory environment. The team has expertise in the UK regulatory regime of insurance intermediaries and advises on Financial Conduct Authority regulation and associated compliance requirements for those seeking to establish an insurance intermediary in the UK.
Alongside its Insurance Services business, Davies offers its clients a broad range of distribution, technical, consulting and technology solutions to help power their success. Across its global operations, Davies partners with more than 500 insurance, highly regulated and global businesses from its operating bases in the UK, Ireland, Bermuda, the US and Canada.
